The Kyiv Independent is reporting that the State Border Guard Service says it has been attacked in five oblasts.
Ukraine’s president Volodymyr Zelenskyy says Russia has carried out missile strikes within his country’s borders, and one of his ministers says a “full-scale invasion” is unfolding.

They say the Luhansk (that’s in the east, in the Donbas region), Sumy (north-east), Kharkiv (north-east), Zhytomyr (north, to the west of Kyiv) and Chernihiv (north, east of Kyiv) oblasts have all been attacked.
The State Border Guard says attacks are also coming from Russian-occupied Crimea in the south.
